GSPARX'S SPSI REGISTRATION
(Strategic Partner as System Installer)
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR REGISTRATION OF SPSI
1. The listing for a Registered Solar Installation Services company is subject to the Terms and Conditions as well as the Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct that must be complied with.
2. This listing is only open to companies registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM), has a CIDB certificate and has offices in Malaysia. Solar Installation Services Companies also need to be registered as Vendors Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB).
3. Applications must be made online through the GSPARX portal at www.gsparx.com.my and applicants must submit supporting documents only through this portal.
4. Application is subject to GSPARX approval. GSPARX will only process the application upon receipt of the application form along with the supporting documents. A visit to the applicant's office will be held and is one of the processes for verification purposes if necessary.
5. GSPARX reserves the right to approve or reject the application for listing of the Registered Solar Installation Services and the decision made by GSPARX is definitive. GSPARX also reserves the right to remove any of the listed Solar Installation Services that also listed in the directory in the following circumstances:
i. GSPARX finds that the information provided is false, inaccurate, and incomplete and / or is in doubt;
ii. GSPARX has received any complaints regarding misconduct of the Registered Solar Installation Services; or
iii. GSPARX considers the need for or appropriate of the listed Solar Installation Services to be removed from the list in order to protect the interests of the parties who will use the services of the listed company. If any of the above happen, the annual processing fees and annual fee and paid by the Solar Installation Services (if any) listed shall not be refunded by GSPARX.
6. The GSPARX decision regarding the listing of the Solar Installation Services company listed in the directory is definitive and any appeals will not be entertained.
7. GSPARX is not responsible for the accuracy of the information in the listings / directories or any damage / loss to any party arising in connection with the listings in this directory. The information provided in this directory also cannot be construed as GSPARX recognizing and recommending the services of a Registered Solar Installation Services company. The listed Solar Installation Services Company may not be considered a representative or agent or affiliate of GSPARX or TNB.
